  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your cookware in its original packaging.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring that all original components and documentation are included inside the box.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
